Lost all sub certifications skills

Hello Admin,
my clan mate asxetos relog today 28/06 and he see not have any sub certification skill and not sub tranformation skills in his character.His char name is asxetos (class stormscreamer)
also in the other clan mate littlejohn (class tyrant) the sub Divine Knight tranformation skill work only for some seconts and not as other sub tranformation 1 hour
if you can fixed that or must learn again the subclass certification skills?

There is not erros in console, and any error with subclass for any player.

Are you sure ??

Certification skills can be remove in Transformations Master, and you can learn all thems egais easy.

I will review to Divine Knight time and fix in next server restart.
