Lost skills :/

Hello,

I just found out that I lost many skills after server restarted. Everything was fine before the restart. What happened to the server? Also, other ppl have the same prob with me. Please explain.

Also, Could you tell me why I cant keep long bow passive and stun shot at max lvl? After relog my long bow skill goes back to lvl 1 and stun shot back to lvl 3. It happens to me all the time. I am Adventurer and I dont think that my class effects on it. I assume that is just kinda bug. Please take a look at it.

Hello watthefuck. Its a server bug, I only need fix it. I will try to fix it in nex restart. In nex 24 hours.

Could you please also take a look at Rapid Fire and Dead Eye from MS and GS because these skills only last for 2mins, not 1 hr like other skills. Thanks in advance.
