problem with my crafting lvl.....

hi!... before 2 days i spend 2 hours to find the book to make creation lvl 10.... for 2 day i crafted vesper normal... today i tryed and dont let me.... but the ricepes are already readen... after i search it i saw my creation item lvl 9.......... thats abnormal.... what happend???????

i am tired to w8 for u..... i learned new book.... if it happends again i will ask you to give me book... i will not do the same job all the time... i spend another 20fa for no reason and its not my fault.... u are never online to help ppl....

and do something about the lag... when we hit or do spells some times we freeze for 1-2 mins... and also with teleports to event persanly me when it teleports me and unfreezes i am already dead by the enemy team...

omg... i tryed to craft soulshout S and i cant... propably all my recipes have problem... i dont know what is going on....!

i learn for second time create item lvl 10...... and now is lvl 4...................... wtf?????????????
