Help please - UNSTUCK

Dear Admin / GM
My character is blocked in the air on Aerial Pro zone mounted in Air Bird.
Can you please move / extract me from there, because I cannot do anything to escape ?
Cannot communicate,  turn left or right or down / up - he's flying in the same spot without control.
I already restart the game (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) but nothing has changed

I'm in Talking Island Village and again cannot control the char.
Cannot target anything and nobody can't see me

Thank you for help ! ... so far, but I still need your help
In Gludio Airship I couldn't cancel the transformation because "the high was to much" - explanation received ...
So i moved back to Talking Island via teleport.
Here have same problem exactly like in the morning: cannot move, re transform, speak or target something ... I'm a flying dead
Can you please change the transformation ?
Or can you please just kill me ?

I had the same problem, transform me and also gave me the message: "the high was to much".

My solution: Use insistent the "Q" key to landing, because the message communicates that we are still in flight, and insistently out of the transformation.

Tell me if that helps solve the problem this way, and otherwise inform Soen for solution

I'm dead now so using Q key is useless.
The only two options are resurect To Village or To Clan Hall - options that are not working...
I've used Q key thousand times I believe - IS NOT WORKING !
Nothing is working !!!

Suppose the only logical variant is to retransform back from Aura Bird in my loved dwarf - option that is out of my power.
Can you do this ?

Make sure you that, then perform as indicated with "Q" key and out of the transformation
