Valakas/Antharas - Not allowed to enter

Question.... I completed the quests for both Valakas/Antharas and neither one allows me to enter through the heart (porting crystal). When I try to teleport there from the GM Teleport, it immediately kicks me out.
What am I missing here?

kishkuman valakas and antharas are working ok... i killed them many times. it dont let you in when the bosses are dead
