party member requirement

Hello Soen,
I just visited Tower of Naia today to meet and kill Beleth but i totally failed because it requires a channel of at least 36 ppl in order to get in the Beleth's lair. Obviously it is almost impossible to have 35 more ppl here and guide them to walk through the Steel Citadel so I wonder is that possible to reduce that requirement? It would be great if a party of two ppl could get in. Please let me know what you think about it.

i totaly agree 
+ to go to beleth the normal way u need like 2 hours ..
maybe u can add a port to Tuli Workshop ? its the zone right after the steal citadel
