Blood Aliance item BUG

so .. someone atacked my castle last week .. i didnt lose it .. noone actualy came .. but still i had a siege .. i won .. and i didnt get Blood Aliance item from the NPC in the castle ... its still says i have "0" blood aliance to take..
pls look in to it .. couse if this is not working .. there is curently no way for clans to get to lvl 10. ty.

Same story again ..

done siege .. i even left atakers start casting on my castle befor kiling them ..
siege ended .. still no blood alyance.

u know clans need that to get to lvl 10.... they need 5 blood alyance for that .
its also needed for Clan Squad Skills .. alot of blood alyance is needed for the skills.

and we get none:( pls look in to that. if u cant fix it or something .. add them in shop maybe ? ... ty

Yes sorry, the new Pro Clan Zone is special for big partys and you can get there special items, like blood alliance and clan similar items

however on a multiskill server .. i cant see how u gona meake a pt zone
i mean .. if i cant solo there .. probably party cant farm there aswell.
