Bug Any GM can help me ?

hi
I have problem with my char some time...

when i go to farm i use main skill and some time my char stop to attack and freeze and not doing noting and hes die.
when he die i click to castle or town and noting happened after that i need to open Task Manager to close the game.

where it all happens I see other people how to walk and write in the chat and I and I can not write...

Unfortunatelly that happends to all mages, probably because of too fast reuse time.
I saw many posts about this allready, but best way we found till gm team will fix it is to use 2 skills, not only 1

that's bad
and in the other hand its good against bots
but that can be fix by mouse + keyboard recorder ...
