we can have  

1 hour of seed of revenge from hellknight (1min reuse 10 sec)
1 hour lord of vampire from shillien saint (30 sec reuse 2 min)

focus chance
focus death
focus power -
all 20 min reuse some seconds
hawkeye 2 min the same resue some seconds....

on other servers seed of revenge is passive :/

reuse for seed is 10 seconds buff is 1 minute... u can take it infenite just press buton always

its not powerfull just adds 400 p atk...

The difficulty lies in use it during a duel, that's where the game can be unbalanced.
