Archer accuracy

Hi Admin and players,

I play archer Rogue, im lvl 28, and I have 70 accuracy with buffs. When I try to kill green and white mobs, I miss 70-80% of my shots ! That is weird. So I dont have choice to kill mobs with others weapon like sword or daguer :S
Can you fix this plz ?
